Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal for a contract concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us woocommerce_de_disclaimer_address_data by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only begun with the performance of the contract after you a) have given your express consent thereto and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the commencement of our performance of the contract, and b) we have provided you with the content of your declaration on a durable medium within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon delivery of the goods or before the performance of the service begins. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
