1. Delivery

We ship goods with our parcel service provider. We usually hand over your goods to the shipping carrier on the same business day or the following business day after payment is received. The average shipping time from the dispatch date is:

Germany: 1-3 business days
Europe: 2-8 business days
Worldwide: 8-40 business days
Delivery times: As of 2025-10-15

Delivery is not announced beforehand, but delivered to the specified address. Please ensure someone is available at the specified delivery address. Do you have special shipping requests? Please contact us before placing an order.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shop system calculates the cheapest shipping costs based on your delivery address’s postal code, as well as the weight and value of the goods.

3. Island Shipping

Parcel deliveries to islands may incur higher shipping costs. These are usually determined during the order process. However, we reserve the right to charge additional costs here.
