With the current version of the OSTC 2 (Mod. 2022), we have managed to make our classic significantly slimmer. The OSTC 2 retains its large display and powerful battery and shines with modern features.
5th Generation
After its redesign, the OSTC 2 is now flatter, handier, and – we believe – even more aesthetically pleasing. The anatomically shaped housing fits snugly on the arm, making it easier to put on and take off the dive gear. Despite the compact housing, there’s still ample space for the generous display and the powerful battery, offering up to 60 hours of runtime. Charging is wireless and inductive. To charge, simply place the dive computer on the included charging pad – and you’re done.
Many Options
And it always feels good to have more options. The OSTC 2 opens up all possibilities for you. It can be used with both the hwOS sport firmware version for recreational divers and the hwOS tech firmware version for technical divers. Even if you initially choose the sport version, your OSTC 2 will support you as you progress in technical diving. With a paid upgrade, you can enhance your OSTC 2 to a full-fledged Trimix dive computer.
For Tech and Recreational Divers
In the tech version, the OSTC 2 covers all areas of technical diving, from Trimix to rebreather diving. The sport version allows diving with five Nitrox-based gases and is a reliable companion even on demanding dives. Both firmwares offer extensive setting options and additional functions such as an apnea mode or a digital compass.
Simple and Intuitive
The OSTC 2 is intuitive and easy to operate. Its large color display adapts to the environment and is always readable, whether in bright sunshine or in a dark lake. Two sensor buttons integrated into the housing facilitate operation with thick gloves and ring systems.
The OSTC 2 is fully developed and produced in Germany. It is the result of many years of experience and continuous improvement. It also features free firmware updates, an interactive user forum, and fast service with competent support.
